Verrucous carcinoma is a rare, slow-growing variant of squamous cell carcinoma, often presenting as an exophytic mass with well defined borders. It is most commonly seen in mucosa of head and neck, predominantly in the oral cavity and larynx. We report the case of a 50 years-old male who presented with an unusual mass in the left upper thigh area for 35 years that reappeared following excision 20 years back, and this time, it was managed successfully with wide local excision and VY advancement flap to cover the defect.
