Skeletal Class II malocclusion is widely recognized as the most possible dentofacial deformity seen in Dentofacial Orthopaedics. Clear functional jaw corrector, introduced for of skeletal Class II, offered continuous correction with easy fabrication and placement.Skeletal Class II malocclusion in children poses not only orthodontic challenges but also potential implications for respiratory function and sleep-related breathing disorders (SRBDs). Many functional appliances such as Twin Block, Activator, Bionator, and Frankel II are used to treat mandibular retrognathism at a young age. These appliances are removable and their effect is dependent on patients wear. Children often exhibit non-compliance with these devices in numerous instances due to their dissatisfaction with the aesthetics and the perceived inconvenience caused by their bulkiness and the visibility of wires on the teeth. So, we have attempted to make an aesthetic alternative to these mandibular advancement appliances which will help the patients to correct their skeletal malrelation anomaly and will also help to treat paediatric sleep apnoea. Keywords: Orthodontic appliances, class II malocclusion, division 1, bone remodellinganuloma
