Improving patient experience is a key strategic priority in contemporary healthcare systems. A real-world observational implementation study with a quasiexperimental before–after design was conducted over a 6-month period in Argentina. Data from over 41,996 patient responses were analyzed. Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased from 82.6 at baseline to sustained values between 88 and 89 postimplementation (p<0.001). The model suggests that digital transformation combined with process standardization is associated with improvements in patient experience outcomes.
