Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) provide a versatile platform for studying cellular physiology, developmental biology, and therapeutic approaches. Here, we report the generation and characterization of a control lymphoblastoid-derived hiPSC line (CBRCULi021-A) from a healthy donor. This hiPSC line displays typical colony morphology, robust expression of pluripotency markers, the ability to differentiate into all three embryonic germ layers, and no chromosomal abnormalities detected by aCGH analysis. In addition, the line was free of residual reprogramming vectors. CBRCULi021-A represents a well-characterized control resource for comparative studies and disease modeling applications.
